Back to the Boulevard is a family-fun event! For the past thirteen years, the Franklin Boulevard District has hosted the Hispanic/Latino Parade which celebrated our Latino Heritage & culture.  Due to a strong demand from the community and car clubs, the event was converted into a Show & Shine event. This event is presented by the Franklin Blvd Business District, Acme Tops and Tunes, and Bodyworks Unlimited. Back to the Boulevard has featured over 300 classic & custom cars displaying and cruising on Franklin Boulevard! You won’t want to miss the vendors, musical artists, cultural performances, informational booths, food vendors, and activities for kids!
